We use a sugar substitute Zusto based on fibers and sweeteners.

Ingredients
Cocoa, polydextrose, soluble fiber from corn, fiber from chicory and sweeteners (isomalt, erythritol, sucralose), cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin.
Following allergens are processed in our factory: peanut, cereals containing gluten, egg, milk, soy, nuts, mustard, sesame seeds, celery, sulphite. We can't exclude cross contamination.
