'From bean to bar' with sugar substitute and coconut milk powder
In our expedition shop in Bruges, we make chocolate from 'tree to bar' but obviously we also want you to get to know the small niches of other cocoa farmers. This bean to bar production also happens in the shop in Bruges, but with limited amounts of cocoa beans from little family companies we personally visited since cocoa-hopping has become an essential part of our expiditions. The Harmony of subtle tastes in different kinds of beans seems endless, surely you will find one to your taste.
In this type of chocolade we use coconut milk powder, so there is no lactose in the chocolate bar with 43% of cocoa.

Ingredients
Cocoa, polydextrose, soluble fiber from corn, fiber from chicory and sweeteners (isomalt, erythritol, sucralose), cocoa butter, coconut milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin.
Following allergens are processed in our factory: peanut, cereals containing gluten, egg, milk, soy, nuts, mustard, sesame seeds, celery, sulphite. We can't exclude cross contamination.

Storage conditions
Preferably store in a dry and odourless place at a constant temperature between 15 and 18°C.
