1 Shipping to USA
1.1 Do you ship to the USA?

Unfortunately we do not ship to the USA. 

We only ship our products to countries in Europe.

2 Invoice
2.1 Where can I find my invoice?

The invoice is sent with the first confirmation email.
That email is titled "Order Confirmation".
Please also check your spam folder. The email may be there.

3 Max. weight shopping cart
3.1 I cannot select a shipping option in the shopping cart

If you have a shopping cart of more than 10kg, you will not have the possibility to check a shipping option. For larger orders, please contact [email protected].

4 Company account
4.1 I want to add my VAT number to my invoice.

To do this, you need to create a business account.

When creating your account, change 'private' to 'business' and fill in your company name and VAT number.

If you have already created an account, no problem.

Then you can log in to your account. Then click on 'account information'.

In this field you can change your account from 'private' to 'business'. Then fill in your company name and VAT number and click on 'save' at the bottom right.
