Cocoa nibs Criollo Tito Blanco


Needless to say that cocoa nibs are a superfood. The cocoa bean is roasted and grinded into cocoa nibs.

You can nibble them as such, or use in salads, drinks, stews and desserts. They give a bitter crunch.

We have 3 types of criollo: the tastiest and best kind:

  • Criollo Carmelo white fruit with white beans.
  • Criollo Samuel, a green fruit with white beans.
  • Tito Blanco: a yellow fruit with white and red beans.
