In our expedition shop in Bruges, we make chocolate from 'tree to bar' but obviously we also want you to get to know the small niches of other cocoa farmers. This bean to bar production also happens in the shop in Bruges but with limited amounts of cocoa beans from little family companies we personally visited since cocoa-hopping has become an essential part of our expiditions. The Harmony of subtle tastes in different kinds of beans seems endless, surely you will find one to your taste.
