Chocolate bean to Bar Origin Mexico 90%
In our expedition shop in Bruges, we make chocolate from cocobeans origin Mexico. Every production phase is monitored by our team. We work with cocoa beans from our own plantation (The Chocolate Line Plantation, Yucatán, Mexico) en other planters in Mexico. They are carefully being roasted, peeled and elaborately crushed to become a fragrant chocolate paste. Chocolate paste that is mixed with other ingredients and poured into bars. The production is limited, taste and sensation quirky and meant for the real chocolate freak. Our back-to-the-roots alternative against the standardisation of industrial tastes, and we are proud of it.
