Soleil = Passionfruit ganache (contains alcohol)

Tarte Citron = Italian meringue with a cream of kalamansi and pâte sablée. 

Crunchy praliné = Hazelnutpraliné – Feuilletine 

Love Bobbies = Bitter ganache - peated Whiskey
